Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium are the primary, or macro, nutrients required by plants. -Carbon, hydrogen and oxygen, which, together with nitrogen, form the structural matter in plants and are freely available from air and water. Nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, on the other hand, may not be present in quantities or forms sufficient to support plant growth. In this case, the absence of these nutrients constitutes a limiting factor. -Nitrogen is an essential component of amino acids and, therefore, of proteins which include nucleic acids, enzymes, and the green, light-harvesting pigment, chlorophyll. It is also the nutrient which normally produces the greatest yield response in crop plants. EVVEN C.A's fertilizer provides a broad micro-nutrient chemistry to the soil in "elemental" form, not complexed as chemical compounds. The fertilizer nitrogen – NH4 – ammonium form, is insoluble. Soil bacteria, can feed on EVVEN C.A's fertilizer and change the form of the insoluble ammonium nitrogen into the plant-usable form – NO3 nitrate nitrogen – slowly.

In it's shrimp production cycle, the EVVEN facility filters 1720 tons of shrimp waste. By mixing the products of shrimp waste and shells (900 tons of shells come from the first stage of the chitin/chitosan production process) EVVEN will produce a total amount of 2620 tons of organic fertilizer with a market price of about $300 per ton if sold in bulk and markets fertilizer in multiple kilogram bags world-wide.
